While the holidays are usually a very joyous and happy time of year, they can also be stressful as all hell. TBH, if everyone took a few minutes out of their day to meditate, especially during the holiday season, the world would be a much better place. That's why Kim Kardashian's meditation playlist on Spotify couldn't have come out at a more convenient time.
On Nov. 20, the 37-year-old reality TV personality tweeted that she recently teamed up with Spotify to launch a brand new "Crystal Meditation" playlist full of good vibes, inspired by her three brand new fragrances for the KKW Beauty brand.
In case you're not quite up to speed with all of the new floral fragrances, which graced us mere mortals on Nov. 15, the perfume line is based on the scent of Kardashian's favorite flowers (gardenias), and the bottles are beautifully shaped like various, iridescent crystals. This is because Kardashian is all about using crystals for healing lately, and she wants to share her passion for these precious gemstones with all of her fans.
During that same episode of KUWTK, Kardashian's younger sister Kendall Jenner joined her in a little meditation session after the 22-year-old opened up about her struggles with sleep paralysis.
As a yoga teacher, I personally make it a point to meditate every single day. I genuinely think it's a great practice for anyone to try, whether you deal with chronic bouts of anxiety or not. And while I tend to prefer silent meditations in my own practice, listening to Kim Kardashian's new playlist while I worked today brought me a sense of serenity and peace that I didn't realize I needed in the midst of my hectic schedule.

Kim Kardashian’s social media silence is costing her millions
KIM Kardashian’s return to social media was short lived after she deleted the Halloween themed Facebook posts less than 24 hours after they went up.
Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian and her assistant put up the three posts and since the posts vanished, it’s claimed Kim wanted them taken down, The Sun reports.
All three posts appeared innocuous, with one being a LuMee ad and another linking to Kim’s website for Halloween ideas.
Another added: “Miss ur post Kim hope all is well with yu after the ordeal u have been thru.”
Now they’ve been removed completely however with no explanation given.
This isn’t the first time Kim has been online however as last week she liked a tweet by Calvin Harris which appeared to throw shade at his ex Taylor Swift.
Since her ordeal at the hand’s of the armed gang in Paris, Kim has kept out of the spotlight.
Last month she was spotted at three of her husband Kanye West’s gigs in a row — with fans hopeful she was getting back on her feet.
It’s also reported the star is now thinking of overhauling her image and it’s rumoured she is planning a comeback although it’s not known when.
Spending time out of the public eye is clearly doing Kim good but some have claimed she’s damaging her business by doing so.
Financial adviser Samuel Rad told PEOPLE how the entrepreneur could lose up to a $ US 1 million AUD a month while inactive online.

Fan Criticizes Kim Kardashian West for Letting North West Design Her Own Clothes
It will come as no surprise to anyone who knows a thing about Kim Kardashian West that her 3-year-old daughter North is a little fashionista. The trendy tot has been spotted in everything from adorable tutus to biker jackets. When one follower asked Kardashian West on Twitter, “Does North pick her own looks or have favorite outfits to pick from?” the reality star, entrepreneur, and mom of two responded:
Of course, most people can’t relate to a child being able to design her own bespoke clothing, but anyone with a toddler knows they certainly have opinions about what they wear. In North’s case, she happens to have a creative outlet for it. It’s also common for toddlers to become passionate about something, whether that’s dress-up, playing with trains, or painting. In North’s case, it’s fashion, and based on the fact that both her mom and her dad Kanye West are passionate about it as well, it’s understandable that their daughter would be into it.
“There is nothing wrong with a child being creative,” Elizabeth Lombardo, clinical psychologist and author of Better Than Perfect: 7 Steps to Crush Your Inner Critic and Create a Life You Love, tells Yahoo Style. “In fact, it’s a great quality to cultivate in our children. Some children may choose their own crayons or markers that they use to make a painting. In this case, Kim can afford to have North choose her fabric that she then can help create into clothing. While it is not something that most people could afford to do, it certainly doesn’t make it wrong.”

Kim Kardashian West Is Ramping Up Her Maternity Style in the Countdown to Fashion Week
Well, the Wests are officially back in town. After heading out late last week, the couple arrived in New York City over the weekend to prepare for the upcoming shows with daughter North in tow. And it’s clear that the expectant mom has brought her fashion A game with her, too.
Before arriving in NYC, Mrs. West stepped out in Los Angeles on Friday wearing a Maison Margiela look over a blush pink dress. Then last night in Manhattan, she put her own elevated spin on an all-black-everything urban uniform. Her Valentino dress featured a built-in cape, continuing the trend seen on stylish A-listers such as Lupita Nyong’o (Remember the red Ralph Lauren Collection dress she wore to the 2014 Golden Globe Awards?) and Gwyneth Paltrow (who wore a white Tom Ford version to the 2012 Oscars). Grounding both looks were thin, strappy sandals from Tom Ford and Manolo Blahnik. With Kim set to make several front row appearances this week, here’s hoping she brings more of that evolving maternity style to the shows.
